The above rates are per room per night and include full English or Continental breakfast.
Half board terms including 4 course dinner £19.00 per person per night. Must be booked in advance.
Superior room supplement:- £12.00 per person per night.
Two room suites supplement:- £35.00 per night.
Children under 2 free of charge if sharing parents room. Cots and high chairs - no extra charge
Children 2 to 12 years will be charged £23.50 per night B&B when sharing a room with two adults.

All cancellations incur forfeiture of deposit.
Further charges are as follows:
8 weeks plus: no other charge
3 to 8 weeks: +20% of remaining balance
1 to 2 weeks: +50%
1 week to day of arrival: +75%
Day of arrival or later: +100%
