The rates are not valid for public holidays or bank holidays and are subject to availability. Cancellation Fees - Please note that at the time of making your reservation, we will require a non refundable deposit equal to the first nights accommodation charge. Failing to show on the day of arrival without prior notification will result in a charge being made equal to 100% of the accommodation rate for the duration of your stay. Notification of more than 24 hours but less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the accommodation charge for first night and 50% of the accommodation charge for the remainder of your stay. 15 - 28 days: 100% for the first night and 25% of the accommodation charge for any subsequent nights. The Farmhouse Hotel strongly recommends clients to take adequate travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation for any reason. |
